The District has partnered with OfficeMax to provide staff the opportunity to order office supplies directly from the OfficeMax website to ensure staff receive the exact supplies needed in a timely manner.
General Overview of the Ordering Process
A requisition for OfficeMax should be entered annually (instructions are available in Section 3 of the Requisition Entry User Manual ).
When the requisition has been approved and converted to a purchase order, the staff member(s) designated on the requisition to order from OfficeMax will receive their OfficeMax username and password from OfficeMax via email within 7-10 business days.
Using your approved PO number and OfficeMax username and password, orders for office supplies can then be placed on the OfficeMax website.

- Basic Office Supplies
- Binders & Filing
- Calendars & Organizers
- Computer Accessories & Supplies
- Furniture & Office Accessories (excluding furniture)
- Labeling, Mailing & Packaging
- Office Machines & Equipment (excluding copiers and fax machines)
- Paper (excluding copier paper which is an inventory stock item)
- Printers & Supplies (excluding printers)
- Writing Instruments & Supplies
