Superintendent Pamela J. Odom
A proud graduate of Nottingham High School, Pamela J. Odom, brings more than three decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to the Syracuse City School District.
Throughout her career, as Deputy Superintendent and Executive Director of Secondary Schools, Ms. Odom has championed equity, academic excellence, and student well-being. She believes that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive, regardless of background or circumstance.
Rooted in her deep connection to the community, Ms. Odom leads with heart, vision, and a collaborative spirit and continues to build a district where students are inspired, educators are empowered, and families are engaged partners in success.
